Another Aim I have to to make the character more active with each regiment, I will give assignments to the 501st of killing jedi, or some sort of training to do. I also would like to strengthen the commanding officers of each regiment, I will do this by actively watching their performance commanding regiments, and if they are under performing I wont be afraid to discard of them. I would always ensure that a professional level is displayed whilst in character, this is to ensure that no one starts to think Vader will let things slide or will forgive people. I would always ensure that strictness be the top priority for the entirety of the time in character. I will ensure that every regiment is doing at least 1 thing when I come aboard.  [b]Have you lead this regiment previously?: Yes I have  Have you been in a position of leadership before?: Yes a lot of times What can you bring as a leader?: [/b]I have many characteristics and skills I feel are necessary for this role, Darth Vader hasn't even been a forgiving man, I would enforce this by ensuring failure is not acceptable, brining fear into the troops it the best way to control them, if they know that if they fail something bad will happen, they will ensure that it doesn't. I have very fair characteristics, if someone is being treated unfairly then actions will be taken, if someone is interfering then more serious actions will be taken. I also can work well with other people as well as alone, as Darth Vader isn't always with the troopers or officers, I will ensure that the whole time I am on the server I will be busy doing important work or assignments given to me.
